FORMAT THE OUTPUT AS:
1. SOP Title (clear, action-oriented)
2. Purpose (1-2 sentences: why this process exists)
3. Trigger (what starts this process?)
4. Required Tools/Access (list everything needed)
5. Step-by-Step Instructions (numbered, specific, no ambiguity)
6. Quality Checks (how do we know it's done correctly?)
7. Common Mistakes to Avoid
8. Estimated Time to Complete

RULES:
- Write as if explaining to a smart 16-year-old with no prior knowledge of my business
- Every step must be specific enough that it cannot be misinterpreted
- If a step requires a decision, include the decision criteria
- Flag any steps that require human judgement with [HUMAN REVIEW REQUIRED]
- Use plain English - no jargon
